GXZ series vehicle-mounted inspection well and drainage pipe lining spraying machine: The mixed mortar adopts an independently innovative forced stirring device. The horizontal mixing body is equipped with reverse interrupted propeller blades to circulate the mortar in the axial and radial directions at a certain angle. The mixed and staggered blades are violently flipped and thrown to generate strong radial flow and axial flow to enhance the wrapping of the particulate aggregate and achieve full mixing.
It is equipped with an automatic metering water supply mechanism and a built-in rotary jet pressure water supply device to ensure that the mortar does not stick to the inner wall of the mixing body and the blades.
The lower pump body has high pumping pressure and long delivery distance. The disassembly and assembly slide of the screw pump rotor and stator is set up at the construction site for immediate on-site replacement, which solves the problem of updating the screw pump during on-site operations. Set up unique screw pump anti-wear limit control and adjustment functions. The pumping, spraying, and lifting motors are all controlled by variable speeds, so that the pumping displacement, working pressure, and surface layer thickness can be adjusted according to the operating requirements.
The upper equipment is equipped with slideways to shift and expand the maintenance space of the lower equipment.
The length of the random boom can be retracted, and the working angle can be selected arbitrarily. The whole machine is suitable for supporting vans that are allowed to pass in urban areas. It occupies a small space and does not require complicated installation.
The product structure is divided into models with cranes, models with rotary spray racks and light models. Users can choose according to the construction site environment and needs.
